INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pound of Mushrooms, Sliced
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together omitting the gravy ingredients. Form meat mixture into oval patties – keeping the patties all the same size.
  2. Place patties into a 13 x 9 dish or cast iron pan that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
  3. Spray a saute pan with cooking spray over high heat. When hot add sliced mushrooms and saute. If they start to stick, add a few droplets of water to keep from sticking.
  4. When the mushrooms begin to soften and brown, reduce heat and add the gravy and ketchup.
  5. Stir to mix thoroughly.
  6. Cook for 1 minute and pour gravy mixture over patties in pan.
  7. Bake uncovered for about 50-60 minutes.
  8. Enjoy without guilt.
