Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together omitting the gravy ingredients. Form meat mixture into oval patties – keeping the patties all the same size.
Place patties into a 13 x 9 dish or cast iron pan that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
Spray a saute pan with cooking spray over high heat. When hot add sliced mushrooms and saute. If they start to stick, add a few droplets of water to keep from sticking.
When the mushrooms begin to soften and brown, reduce heat and add the gravy and ketchup.
Stir to mix thoroughly.
Cook for 1 minute and pour gravy mixture over patties in pan.
