ONE POT PALEO CHICKEN & VEGGIES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 medium onion shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 one4 oz will petite diced tomatoes
  • 3 TBSP Save the Day Italian Seasoning + one TBSP, separated
  • 2 tsp chain of mountains or ocean Salt
  • 3 medium carrots sliced
  • 1 pound tiny spherical potatoes
  • 2 TBSP avocado oil
  • 2 cups organic stock
  • One pot Paleo chicken and veggies! really easy and SOOO yummy!

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in an exceedingly massive dutch kitchen appliance.
