1/2 cup Kroger tri-color quinoa rice or alimentary paste broken into items
3 tablespoons recent juice
zest of one lemon
2 cups grilled sliced chicken*
1 teaspoon chives
In massive pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Saute onion, carrot and celery for five minutes to melt. Pour in broth, tarragon, salt, pepper and bay leaves. arouse boil, pour in quinoa, rice or alimentary paste and cut back heat to simmer and cook twenty minutes or till tender. Stir in juice, zest, chicken and chives. Serve hot.*If you do not have already grilled chicken, stick two raw chicken breasts into the new broth whereas the quinoa is cookery. once twenty minutes, remove, shred and come back to the pot.
