KETO BREAKFAST SANDWICH

ingredients:

  • 2 sausage patties
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cheese
  • 2 tbsp sharp cheese
  • 1/4 medium avocado, sliced
  • 1/4–1/2 tsp sriracha (to taste)
  • Salt, pepper to style

instructions:

  1. In frying pan over medium heat, cook sausages per package directions and put aside
  2. In little bowl place cheese and sharp cheese. Microwave for 20-30 seconds till liquefied
  3. Mix cheese with sriracha, set aside
  4. Mix egg with seasoning and build little omelet
  5. Fill omelet with cheese sriracha mixture and assemble sandwich
