For the chicken:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon seasoner

For the avocado:

  • 2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons minced Spanish onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon juice

For assembling:

  • 4 slices bacon, deep-fried crisp
  • ½ cup grated Pepper jack cheese


  1. Add the oil to an outsized serious round-bottomed frying pan, like forged iron, and warmth over medium heat.
