GLUTEN FREE & KETO SWEDISH MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter divided
  • 1 medium white onion finely copped

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg gently crushed
  • 1/2 cup cream divided
  • extra virgin vegetable oil for preparation
  • 1-2 cups beef stock to taste**
  • 1 teaspoon metropolis mustard
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon arrowroot powder or 1/4 tsp konjac (glucomannan) powder

INSTRUCTIONS
