2 heaping cups tender rice cereal or crushed corn flakes
Preheat griddle to 350 degrees F or or heat a cooking pan over medium heat.
Add cereal to a shallow pie dish or plate. Add all ingredients, except the bread and cornflakes to a liquidizer or to a shallow dish and whisk well to mix. If whisking by hand, it’s okay if the flour does not combine in utterly swish.
Add the batter and also the cereal to 2 separate shallow dishes. Dip each bit of bread into the egg mixture on either side and so press gently into the cereal, flipping to coat either side.
Melt atiny low piece of butter in a very cooking pan or griddle over medium heat (or grease with preparation spray). Place the bread slices on the recent cooking pan and cook for some minutes till golden on the lowest and so flip and cook on the opposite facet.
Serve heat together with your your favorite sirup.
