BAKED SPINACH MUSHROOM QUESADILLAS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tortillas (8 inch)

  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced cheese
  • 1 cup sliced cheese
  • 3 cups roughly cut spinach

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the kitchen appliance to four hundred degrees F.
