INGREDIENTS

  • sesame seeds for garnish optinal
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pound chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1″ chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into 1″ chunks
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 yellow onion cut into 1″ chunks
  • 4 tablespoons fermented black beans rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
