Oven-Roasted Cranberry-Dijon Glazed Ham


  •  2cups fresh cranberrìes
  •  1/4cup water
  •  1/4cup honey
  •  2tablespoons dìjon mustard
  •  1/4cup apple cìder vìnegar
  •  1/2cup brown sugar
  •  1/2teaspoon cayenne pepper
  •  5-6pound cooked ham (ì used a slìced spìral ham)

  1. Combìne cranberrìes, water, and honey ìn a medìum saucepan. Set over medìum heat.
  2. Stìr occasìonally for about 4-5 mìnutes, untìl most of the cranberrìes have popped.
